墨尔本的The Groove Train Southland餐厅，开业十五年后越发觉得空间的重要性，于是聘请 Blackbox Retail Projects进行改造，设计师充分利用挑高的屋顶，在不会给下层空间带来压迫的前提下，建造了一个夹层，分散重大的人流量，裸露的墙砖和大红色，橙色搭配，工业风内的闪光点。
