马立东，男，1969年2月出生，1995年毕业于清华大学，先后获得该校建筑学学士、工学硕士学位，同年进入中国建筑科学研究院参加工作，现任中国建筑科学研究院建筑设计院院长，国家一级注册建筑师，香港建筑师学会会员，中国国际工程咨询公司第六届专家委员会专家，国资委中央企业青年联合会委员、中国勘察设计协会建筑设计分会副秘书长。因企业经营有方，业绩突出，马立东同志于2004年被评为“中央企业劳动模范”、“2007年度中国建筑规划设计行业北京地区十强影响力领军人物”，2009年获得中国勘察设计协会颁发的“全国建筑设计行业国庆60周年管理创新奖”。 在17年的设计实践中，马立东作为项目负责人，率领设计团队承担并高质量完成了北京盛福大厦、北京市金宝街修建性详细规划、北京市丽高王府花园别墅区、北京SOHO尚都、国家重点工程－中国疾病预防控制中心总体规划及一期工程、国家重点工程－中国国家博物馆改扩建工程等项目的建筑设计工作，赢得了市场和客户的高度评价。其中，北京盛福大厦项目获得了“2002年度北京市第十届优秀工程设计［一等奖］”；中国疾病预防控制中心一期工程获得了“2010年度国家优质工程［银质奖］”、“2011年度北京市第十五届优秀工程设计［一等奖］”和“2011年度全国优秀工程勘察设计行业奖建筑工程公建类 [二等奖]”；中国国家博物馆改扩建工程获得了“2012年度北京市第十六届优秀工程设计［一等奖］”。 作为第一负责人，他率领编制组承担了国家标准《疾病预防控制机构建筑技术规范》的编制工作，目前已经编制完成即将颁布。 在长期的设计工作实践中马立东同志充分认识到，设计行业发展的关键在于创新，而创新的源泉来源于自主原创。正是本着这一认识，无论是在管理上，还是在技术上，他都坚持创新。2005年初，在他的努力下，设计院成立了方案室（现已更名为建筑创作室），并逐年加大对其支持力度。创作室的成立与发展切实增强了设计院的整体竞争能力，对建筑师及时掌握市场信息、不断更新设计观念起到了良好的促进作用。在自主原创的实践中，他率领创作团队，始终追求充分发挥中国建筑科学研究院的综合技术优势，同时不断坚持对自身的建筑创作理论体系的探索。在建筑设计实践中，他坚持“理性主义”的建筑观，不迎合、不盲从，追求完美的建筑艺术、适宜的建筑技术与功能实现三者的高度结合统一的理念，以品质服务市场。 Mr.Ma Lidong, born in February 1969, graduated in Tsinghua University in 1995 with the degree of Master. He entered into China Academy of Building Research (CABR) after his graduation, and now he is the Director of the Architectural Design Institute of CABR. He is both 1st Class Registered Architect of China and Member of HKIA. He is titled as Member of the Expert Committee of the China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, and Deputy Secretary of the Architectural Design Branch of China Exploration & Design Association. During his 17 years practice of architecture, Mr.Ma Lidong has completed a number of high-qualitied projects, such as Beijing Sunflower Tower, Detailed Planning of the Jin-Bao Street of Beijing and SOHO Shangdu Beijing. Rationalism is the philosophy point of Mr. Ma in his architectural design practice. Even though the contradictions are always there, between developers and architects, between the limited budget and high quality achievement, he is continuing seeking to unite and balance the 3 main factors in architectural design - art, technology and function. From the year 2003 to 2010, he was leading the design of the 1st Phase of China Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CCDC), a National Class project. In CCDC, there are 14 Level 3 Bio-safety Laboratories and a nearly 100 Level 2 Bio-safety Laboratories. After 8 years of design and construction services works, the National Museum of China was completed and re-opened in March this year as the largest museum in the world, while Mr. Ma Lidong is the leader of the design team of this project.

中国国家博物馆，在原中国历史博物馆和原中国革命博物馆两馆基础上于2003年2月组建成立。 中国国家博物馆改扩建工程项目属于国家重大文化建设工程，且位于天安门广场地区，社会影响大。 实施方案以新建筑与老建筑协调、与天安门广场和长安街周边环境协调、建筑艺术与博物馆内部功能及技术需求协调为原则，保留了原有老馆西、北、南三部分建筑，新建筑则向东和地上地下扩建。建筑总面积达19.8万平方米，实现了新的国家博物馆与人民大会堂及周边环境的协调。

The National Museum of China (NMC) was founded in February 2003,as a result of the merger between the former National Museum of Chinese History and the former National Museum of Chinese Revolution. The NMC renovation and enlargement project was a major cultural construction project at national level and would have great social impact for its location on the east side of the Tian’anmen Square. The implementation plan was finally determined:it retained the west,north and south parts of the old museum building and was to expand eastwards and above and under the ground,to achieve the new building’s harmony with the old building,with the Tian’anmen Square and surroundings of the Chang’an Avenue ,as well as the harmony between architectural art and the museum’s internal functions and technical needs.With a gross floor area of 198,000 sq meters,the implementation plan secured the harmony between the new NMC and the Great Hall of the People and its surroundings. 代表作品介绍
