1）创作观：建筑涉及社会各个层面：政治、经济、文化、民族、地域、生态、环境、技术、美学、心理等，若精力仍放在“造型与立面”上，徘徊与“传统与风格”之间，将会使“建筑之路”愈走愈窄。
Creative concept:
The building should involve all fields of society，such as political, economic, cultural, ethnic, geographical, ecological, environmental, technical, aesthetic, and  psychological. It will make the road of building narrower and narrower if the focus is still on modeling facade hovering "traditional style".

2）发展观：建筑师应拓展服务领域以顺应不断发展的社会需求，从居住建筑的巨大变化中，可得出一个结论：建筑师应密切关注社会生活的发展与变化，新生活、新技术、新观念蕴育着新建筑。
Concept of development:
The architect should service more areas in order to adapt to the evolving needs of the community. From the huge changes in the residential buildings, a conclusion can be drawn that the architect should pay close attention to the development and changes of the social life, new life, new technologies, and the new concept can breed new building.
3）技术观：技术是建筑发展的原动力之一，应不断提升建筑的科技含量，促进先进技术在建筑上的运用，为可持续发展服务。
Technology concept:
Technology is one of the reasons of the driving force behind the building development,. It should continue to enhance the scientific and technological content of the building, to promote the use of advanced technology in building for sustainable development.

4）合作观：我们意识到合作的重要性，不仅因为建筑的诞生是多方合作的结果，同时，不同的角度、不同的解释、不同的观点，相互接触与碰撞，使所有的合作者均能从中获益。
