浅谈机电安装工程的项目管理

abstract: the mechanical and electrical installation project is an important part of the construction engineering, covers the industry, civil, utilities of all kinds of equipment, electrical, water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation, fire control, communication and automatic control system installation. the m&e project construction activities cover equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, commissioning, completion acceptance and so on each stage and eventually is to meet the use function of the building for the target. the current our country mechanical and electrical installation project scale is more and more big, the construction difficulty also increase, and mechanical and electrical installation project management work is more and more important, the paper on is explored in this paper.
