The position and requirement are shown as below: PTW北京分公司为扩展需求，现诚聘以下人才： 初级建筑设计师 职位要求： - 建筑学或城市规划专业本科以上 - 具有3年以上相关经验 - 英语读写流利 - 对建筑设计有热情追求，思维敏捷活跃 - 较强的方案设计能力，良好的设计领悟力 - 工作主动诚恳，具有团队合作精神 - 熟练运用Sketchup, AutoCAD，Photoshop等设计软件，会使用Revit, Rhino, Illustrator, Indesign等设计软件者优先考虑 - 有城市规划或城市设计经验者优先考虑 Junior Architects Requirement: - Graduates of Architecture or Urban Planning/Design - more than 3 years working experience - experience on developing residential mater plan and unit plan or Commercial buildings - Good English writing and speaking skill - Team Work Spirit - Skilled in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, experienced user of Revit, Rhino, Illustrator and Indesign. 主创建筑设计师 职位要求： - 建筑设计本科或以上学历 - 6年以上建筑设计工作经验 - 有大型商业项目设计经验，能独立完成项目设计组织管理，能了解中国项目及客户需求及项目定位，沟通交流能力良好 - 了解中国设计规范及实践惯例 - 有熟练的设计、制图、图文技能，能熟练操作运用CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office等软件 - 能带领设计团队高效地完成工作，能高质量地完成项目及考虑到项目的方方面面 - 对建筑设计工作有热情，热情开朗，性格积极向上 - 对工作认真负责，有团队精神 - 有良好的沟通交流能力并有流畅的书面及口语表达能力 - 英语听说读写能力良好 - 一级注册建筑师优先录取 - Bachelors or above Degree in Architecture. - 8-10 years experience as a professional architect. - Experience in the design of large-scale commercial complex projects；expertise in design organization management and the ability to accurately comprehend Chinese projects and the owner’s demand, with good communication and coordination skills. - Understanding of local architectural standards, codes and practices - Excellent design techniques and graphic skills. Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, Office Applications and etc. - Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail. - Has ability to plan and control projects under budget and on schedule - Creativity and passion for architecture, with open mind and active thinking. - Dedication with responsibility and a good teamwork spirit. - Flexibility for frequent business travels - Requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively；both speaking and in writing. - Good in written and spoken English - Registered Architect is preferred 工作职责： - 与客户沟通了解项目需求和项目定位 - 确保获取设计所需的各种信息 - 协助维护客户关系 - 制定项目进度计划，规范项目技术要求及各时间节点计划 - 指导和监督组员工作，向公司管理层提供针对组员工作的反馈意见，确保能针对组员的特点和特长分配相应工作 - 发现并解决问题，控制项目预算、进度、工作范围等。协助办理项目各类应收及应付款项，对项目完成质量及客户满意程度负有责任。 - 协助参与项目报价及合同商榷 Responsibilities: - Works with client to establish project requirements and project approach. - Ensures that all required information for design and planning is obtained. - Partners with others in managing the client/firm relationship. - Establish the project schedule, technical requirements, and time and hour budgets. - Directs and reviews the work of project team members, provides performance feedback, ensures team members’ skills and project requirements are appropriately matched. - Researches and resolves problems； monitors project budget, schedule, and scope of work； negotiates fee changes as necessary；is accountable for the quality of the work performed, client satisfaction and project profitability. - May participate in preparation of proposals and may assist in contract negotiation. 请将您的中英文简历及作品集发送到gli@ptw.com.au，注明申请职位、期望薪资、期望工作地点等。 Please send through your Chinese and English resume and portfolio to gli@ptw.com.au if you are fully qualified.
