Our works are innovative and provocative, supported by high quality design and first class management and execution. We have dealt with a wide range of projects located in the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, United States of America, India, China, Hong Kong and Singapore, culminating a large portfolio comprised of mix-used, office, commercial, museum, high-rise residential and villa proposals. ODAS is driven by a consistent design approach to achieve architectural invention rather than a predetermined style. In a serious yet non-rigid manner, we design through narratives which address real issues concerning the site, creating highly individual buildings that are intimately connected to both context and function. 招聘职位: 初级建筑师： · 建筑本科及以上学历 · 具有2-3年工作经验，海外留学回国者优先考虑 · 具有良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力 · 精通Rhino, AutoCAD，Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft, 能熟练掌握Grasshopper, Revit, Ecotec等更佳 · 具备优秀的方案设计能力，具有扎实的专业设计基础，掌握建筑各专业相关知识，有参加大中型项目方案设计的经历 · 对建筑充满热诚，工作勤奋，有团队合作精神 项目建筑师： · 建筑本科及以上学历 · 具有5年以上工作经验，有外资建筑设计公司工作经验或海外留学回国者优先考虑 · 具有扎实的本专业设计基础，掌握建筑各专业相关知识，有参加大中型项目方案设计的经历。 · 熟悉建筑、结构设计及验收规范，熟悉国家、行业规范、强制性标准条文及法律、法规文件。 并能独立完成设计项目。 · 具有优秀的中英文口头及书面表达能力。 · 精通Rhino, AutoCAD，Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft, 能熟练掌握Grasshopper, Revit, Ecotec等更佳 · 对建筑充满热诚，工作勤奋，有团队合作精神。 经面试，能力优秀者薪资待遇优厚 简历请注明完整学历、工作经历、至少5个设计成果展示、薪资期望发送到ODAS@vip.163.com Current Vacancies: Junior Architect · Professional bachelor degree in architecture and above · 2-3 years of working experience. Overseas educated or trained personnel is desired but not required · Fluency in written and oral Chinese and English · Proficiency required in the following software programs: Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft. Additional knowledge in Grasshopper, Revit and Ecotec is a plus. · Possess excellent visualization skills and experiences in projects of difference scales · Solid foundation in design and architectural theory · Passion for architecture, great communication and coordination skills are essential in our team’s environment Current Vacancies: Project Architect · Professional bachelor degree in architecture and above · 5 years minimum of working experience. Overseas educated or trained personnel is desired but not required · Possess excellent visualization skills and experiences in projects of difference scales · Independent and able to manage projects effectively with cross disciplinary parties · Familiarity with Chinese policy and regulations, planning applications and procedure · Fluency in written and oral Chinese and English · Proficiency required in the following software programs: Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft.
