Experience with China based large-scale mixed-use (office, residential, hospitality and retail) and corporate headquarters projects is required. All candidates must have leadership experience with cross disciplinary teams including architecture, landscape and interior design. Strong communication skills are a requirement to enable project leadership across diverse team settings. Visualization requirements include excellent graphic representation, strong three dimensional design tools (Rhino or 3DMax), AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign. Additional design related computer skills such as REVIT and Grasshopper are highly desired. Knowledge of Chinese policy and design regulations is preferred. Strong bi-lingual Mandarin/English verbal fluency is preferred but not required. Fluent English skills are required to provide long term success in a geographically diverse studio environment. A minimum of 12 years is required. Candidates with Architecture Registration in the US, UK or China are preferred. Candidates with no experience in China will not be considered.
