For the position offered, we are looking for people with the following experiences: · Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture · Prior experience on design and building projects in Mainland China · Familiarity with the entire design and construction process · Energetic, serious and hardworking with strong time management and task management abilities · Interest in Sustainable development in architecture, green building standards (China 3-Star, LEED or Minergie, etc.) The position requires fluency in: · AutoCAD, model making, Google Sketch Up · Adobe Creative Suite programs, Photoshop, In Design · Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Chinese (mother language)； English If you’d wish to gain international experience and work in depth on topics and projects in the field of design, development and sustainability, please send us a cover letter stating your interest in the position and your resume with the expectation of salary.
