Responsibilities · To assist the Project Designer from the conceptual design process to Design Development process and to take the active role in the development of design solutions together with their integration and maintenance throughout the subsequent design. · Development of conceptual design solutions to the design problems agreed with the client together with providing assistance to the Project Leader and Project Director in the presentation of those solutions to the client. · Undertaking thorough research of both the client’s needs and requirements and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters. Requirements · Degree holder in architecture or interior design from recognized institution · Demonstrated creative design & experience in large commercial projects · Strong conceptual design, communication and presentation skills · 1-3 years post graduate experience · Command of spoken & written Mandarin and English (preferred) · Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Indesign, preferable some Rhino and Revit experience 2.Junior Urban Planner · Bachelor or master degree in urban planning · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a variety of master planning and urban design project such as mixed-use, transit oriented corporate campus and residential projects · China planning project experience, familiar with China planning regulation and protocol · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Overseas experience and fluent Mandarin and English preferred 3. Project Manager for Interior Design. Responsibilities · Ensuring that the project is managed effectively and with foresight and maximizing profit within the context of other responsibilities. · Maintain good Client Relationship Management between Woods Bagot and the clients, including after project completion. · Ensuring the client’s requirements needs and wants are met within the terms of our conditions of engagement and fee. · When appropriate, advising the client on fees and conditions of engagement for sub-consultants, and the establishment of written agreements for their services. · Ensuring that the project is conducted in a way which impresses people both outside and within Woods Bagot with our professionalism and skill, and which is consistent with Woods Bagot’s core management value and Business Plan. · Reporting regularly to the Management Team on the performance of the project and any variations to the scope of work and the agreed work plan. · Advising the Management Team immediately in aware of any circumstance that could lead to a claim for non-performance or negligence against Woods Bagot. · Point of reference within studio for professional / technical advice. · Has proven track record on successful project outcomes. · Devotes most time to tactical and operational matters, relating to revenue generation, client service and project management. · Sets high standards for own performance and the performance of the team in Practice Management standards. · Mentor and support project / studio staff to promote skills enhancement and professional development. Requirements: · 10+ years international experience and strong China focus. Hotel experience or Retail experience is required · Extensive management experience of projects to manage and deliver projects on time, to budget and specification · Strong Industry knowledge and awareness of trends · Strong project & mentor skill to supervise small team of professional interior designers · Strong communication skills and conversant in Mandarin and English are preferable 联系方式 Woods Bagot is an equal opportunity employer.
