The company group HPP Hentrich-Petschnigg & Partner (www.hpp.com) belongs to international leading architecture and planning firms and operates successfully since 1933 and owes a team more than 300 designers.

HPP’s scope of activities comprises complete architectural and general planning services, focused on the realization of complexes, office facilities, shopping centers, hotels, transportation facilities, residential, sports facilities, culture, hospitals, urban planning, refurbishment and revitalization as well as interior design.

Headquarter of HPP is located at the famous Media Harbor in Düsseldorf. Further subsidiaries are in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Stuttgart, Sofia, Washington, Istanbul and Shanghai.

Since 1997 in China, HPP has participated in the projects of Urban Plan and Architecture Design of Shanghai Expo Village, Headquarter of China Petro in Beijing, City Design of Tianjin Haihe Bund, Henkel Asia-Pacific Headquarters (Shanghai Zhangjiang), Shanghai Qingpu Crown Hotel, Ningbo Yotrio HQ Tower, Chongqing High-Speed Station Urban Plan, “Green Valley” Project of Post-Expo development, Wanda Plazas, Wuxi Mingci Hospital, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and many more projects.

To keep continuous development in China HPP set up a WFOE in Shanghai.

Position Required (all candidates are required to be responsible - ambitious - talented - team player):

Representative in Beijing
1. Independently leading the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc； strong understanding of work done by HPP and right communications of that with clients in Beijing or North China, in-time and accurate feedback from clients； able and willing to work under pressure and to develop HPP’s Beijing office；
2. Report to HPP’s HQ in Dusseldorf & Coordination with Core Team Shanghai；
3. Bachelor degree or above in architecture； relevant working experiences for more than eight years in major design institute/major foreign design agency are required； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are required)； good command of professional software；
4. Working Location: full time in Beijing

Business Development & Marketing Manager
1. Independently own reliable contacts to make business development, marketing, public relation, qualification/RFP, etc； will have significant amount of (or access to) contacts that can generate projects as efficiently and effectively as possible； responsibility for verifying information, obtaining background information； contract negotiation & management including payment issue；
2. Report to Core Team Shanghai；
3. Bachelor graduate or above (architecture related are preferred)； relevant working experiences (working experiences in major foreign design agency) for more than five years are required； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are needed during daily work)； sufficient at professional office software as MS Office, Photoshop, etc；
4. Working Location: full time in Shanghai and potential frequent short-term trips required

Project Architect
1. Independently leading the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc；
2. Report to Core Team Shanghai；
3. Bachelor degree or above in architecture； relevant working experiences for more than eight years in major design institute/major foreign design agency are required； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are required)； good command of professional software；
4. Working Location: full time in Shanghai

Assistant Architect
1. Participating in the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc；
2. Project team member and report to project leader；
3. Bachelor degree or above in architecture； relevant working experiences of more than three years in major design institute/major foreign design agency are required； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are required)； good command of professional software as CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup etc；
4. Working Location: full time in Shanghai

Intern Architect
1. Participating in the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc；
2. Project team member and report to project leader；
3. Bachelor student (Grade 4 or above) or master student in architecture； relevant intern experiences in major design institute/major foreign design agency are preferred； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are required)； good command of professional software as CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup etc；
4. Working Location: full time (preferred) or regular part-time in Shanghai

Project Interior Designer
1. Independently leading the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc；
2. Report to Core Team Shanghai；
3. Bachelor degree or above in interior design related； relevant working experiences for more than five years in major design institute/major foreign design agency are required； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are required)； good command of professional software；
4. Working Location: full time in Shanghai

Administration Staff /Receptionist
1. Being responsible for the relevant administration assistant work including office administration issues, translation, reception, etc and supporting the office in right operation；
2. Report to Administration Manager or Core Team Shanghai；
3. Bachelor graduate or above (architecture related graduates are preferred)； with relevant working experiences (working experiences in major design institute/major foreign design agency) are preferred； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are needed during daily work)； sufficient at professional office software as MS Office, Photoshop, etc；
4. Working Location: full time in Shanghai

模型师
1. 从事建筑表现制作模型二年以上的工作经验，具有熟练应用3DMAX建模的技术能力。
2. 能够了解和基本应用SKETCHUP，CAD等相关三维软件能力。
3. 能熟练阅读建筑CAD图纸和设计手稿，准确表达建筑结构关系，具备建筑相关专业者优先。
4. 有强烈的责任心和敬业精神，能承受工作压力，具有良好的服务理念和团队意识。
5. 会外语者优先。
6. 工作地点：上海（全职）。

渲染师
1. 熟练使用3DMAX, PHOTOSHOP等相关软件，熟悉MAX各种渲染插件，能够独立完成材质灯光渲染制作，需工作经验二年以上。
2. 具有建筑鉴赏能力，在色彩，构图，素描关系方面有较强的把握能力。较强的建筑方案理解和领悟能力，良好的团队意识及职业道德。
3. 渲染后期一起制作者优先考虑。会外语者优先。
4. 工作地点：上海（全职）。

后期师
1. 熟练使用PHOTOSHOP等相关软件工具，需有效工作经验二年以上。
2. 有较强的建筑美感，具有色彩，构图，素描基础，对画面的氛围有艺术的把握力。
3. 渲染后期一起制作者优先考虑。会外语者优先。
4. 工作地点：上海（全职）。
