Your task will be to develop new projects, negotiate contracts, maintain and support client relations, assemble and coordinate project teams within the office and with other sub-consultants and sub-contractors. For the position offered, we are looking for people with the following experiences: · Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture, Engineering and/or Management · Prior experience in project management of urban planning, architecture, landscape projects in Mainland China · Familiarity with the entire design and construction process · Experience in Design and Construction Administration, including negotiations, contracts, financing, tendering, bidding, time scheduling, sub-contracting, etc. · Energetic, with strong time management and task management abilities · Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Background in Sustainable development in architecture, green building standards (China 3-Star, LEED, etc.) · Fluency in written and oral form in English (IELTS 5.0) and Mandarin Chinese · Chinese resident Experience with the following is preferred, though not a prerequisite: - Adobe Creative Suite programs, Photoshop, In Design - AutoCAD and other digital or manual model making tools If you’d wish to gain international experience and work in depth on topics and projects in the field of design, development and sustainability, please send us a cover letter stating your interest in the position and your resume.
