PRP was founded in 1963 by three young architects Peter Phippen, Peter Randall and David Parkes. We have grown to be the 6th largest practice in the UK with six offices in England, China, Russia and South Africa. PRP has been working in China since 2006 and has achieved a strong track record of architecture in Asia. The candidate’s responsibilities will be as follows: · Design development based on UK conceptual design · Co-ordination/liaison with local practice · Interfacing with Chinese clients on technical and design issues · Managing design/technical team in PRP Shanghai office · Managing project running costs and writing project reports · Dealing with the relevant departments of local authorities · Assist GM in setting up QA system · Assist GM in drafting and reviewing design contracts The candidate should have the following skills and qualifications: · Well-developed design skills · Bachelor Degree in Architecture as a minimum · Minimum 10 years’ experience in architectural design industry · Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Leader/Management role position · Minimum 5 years’ experience on completing major projects. · Good knowledge of Chinese planning and building control systems/ procedures · Good technical knowledge · Good knowledge of Chinese building and planning regulations · Good communication skills and ability to communicate both in Chinese and English · Work experience in a reputable major local practice is preferred · International education is preferred · National Class 1 Registered Architect is preferred · International work experience is preferred · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft office 技术总监/项目经理 技术总监/项目经理将配合PRP中国总经理（上海办事处）完成以下工作： · 负责深化落实英国概念设计 · 负责与中国本土设计院配合协调 · 负责关于设计和技术问题的业主沟通与协调 · 负责管理上海办事处的设计与技术团队 · 负责项目成本控制并定期向公司递交项目报告 · 负责与政府机关相关部门沟通协调 · 配合总经理建设质控体系 · 配合总经理编写和审阅设计合同 候选人应满足以下条件： · 拥有较强的设计能力 · 建筑学本科或以上学历 · 至少10年以上建筑设计工作经验 · 至少5年以上项目经理/管理经验 · 至少5年以上项目全过程经验 · 熟悉中国规划报批流程 · 优秀的施工图经验 · 熟悉中国的建筑设计和规划规范 · 良好的中英文沟通能力 · 有国内大院工作经验者优先 · 拥有海外工作经验者优先 · 国家一级注册建筑师优先 · 熟悉AutoCad, Photoshop和Mircosoft office 2、Project Architect The candidate will be acting as a project architect for our new Shanghai office and will report to the Project Leader of PRP Architects China.
