Assist project manager’s work 2. English to Chinese and Chinese to English translation in architecture industry； files include but not limited to drawings, comments and emails 3. Write rendering/animation brief and organize case studies as well as library 4. Coordinate team members’ work in China and international offices following scope of work, project schedule and work process 5. Arrange meetings for project directors 6. Other administration related work Candidate Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree, major in Art, Design, English, or Management 2. Minimum 1 year of working experience or equivalently valuable internship experience； 3. Basic understanding of architecture and a certain level of aesthetic appreciation of art and design 4. Manage international architecture rendering and animation projects 2. Execute project orders from Account Managers 3. Set up human resource and schedule for each project 4. Interface between design and production team, ensuring that communication flows effectively between both parties 5. Communicate between design and production team to make sure design intent is perfectly articulated into graphic language with necessary details 6. Pre-review all progress work before sending to design team and follow up corrections to send the correct work to design team 7. Follow through project process and update for improvements 8. Deliver projects on schedule and best quality 9. Rule out potential problems and solve concerns on a timely and effective manner 10. Arrange project coordinator’s work and training 11. Update project library, case studies, knowledge center and project management training documentation Candidate Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree and above, major in art, design, English, or management 2. Minimum 2 year working experience 3. Good understanding of architecture 4. High level of aesthetic appreciation 5.
