Website: www.cdgretail.com 招聘职位: (1) Project Designer Manager/Director CDG Retail is seeking an experienced Project Design Manager/Director to manage and direct its expanding portfolio of shopping mall projects throughout China The position is to manage the design from preliminary master planning/concept design to construction drawings, and tenant fit-out coordination. It will require the candidate to be responsible for achieving the optimum value of every shopping mall project from feasibility through planning to shop drawings. We are looking for candidate with 7+ years’ relevant experiences in retail sector. The successful candidate shall have a strong knowledge of all phases of design and be familiar with relevant Chinese design codes, including fire codes etc. Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation is required. Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and English is essential.
