Our office in Shanghai is currently looking for experienced and ambitious Architects. The atmosphere within the office is open, international, multidisciplinary and ambitious, but also friendly with attention to personal development and career planning. 招聘职位： 1. Architectural Trainee – Shanghai For our office in Shanghai we are looking for Trainees who will participate as a full team member in one of our projects. Both creative input and a solid work production is what we ask from our trainees. Tasks include assistance in designing and drafting, drawing with the computer (2D + 3D) and making models. The internship must be a minimum of at least 6 months, though preferably 1 year in length. Skills: · You are enrolled in university or higher technical school · You have at least a bachelor degree (or equivalent) · Preferably some working experience in other traineeships · Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe software · Fluency in written and spoken English required · Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is strongly preferred · 3D modelling experience is a must · Team player, pro-active, flexible and dedicated · Ability to keep deadlines 2. Experienced Chinese Architects - Shanghai Skills: · About 7-10 years of experience in China as All-Around Architects · Excellent communication and organization skills · Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin required (reading and writing) · Excellent knowledge of Chinese building codes · Excellent technical knowledge and sensibilities · Good aesthetic sensibilities · Provable experience in tender and executive phases in China (Large scale projects) · Strong knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods in China · Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, etc. · Excellent team player with extensive experience as a team leader 3. All-Around Design Architects - Shanghai Skills: · 3-5 years of experience as an All-Around Design Architect in China · Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing) · Fluent Mandarin communication skills (reading and writing) strongly preferred · Strong knowledge of Chinese building codes · Ability to work independently in certain parts of the project · Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to learn · Good team player and able to organize own work · Excellent technical skills and sensibilities · Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills · Research skills of products, materials and construction methods · Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhinoceros (including Grasshopper, RhinoScript), Adobe Creative Suite, etc. · Good rendering skills (Vray, Cinema4D, Mental Ray, etc) · Preferably experienced with Digital Projects or relevant BIM software 4. 3D Architectural Visualizer - Shanghai Skills: · 2-3 years of experience as a 3D Architectural Visualizer · Fluent English communication skills · Excellent rendering skills, with strong aesthetic and creative vision · Innate attention to detail and lighting, and technical expertise in a range of visualization tools · Ability to work both independently and within a team environment · Strong proficiency in V-Ray, 3ds Max, Cinema4D, Lumion, etc. · Experience producing 3d animations and using video editing software · 3D modeling skills in Rhinoceros required · Excellent post-production skills using Photoshop, etc. · Architectural background a plus This position is for full-time employment in Shanghai only.
