Passionate for architectural design. Major in Architecture, Bachelor degree or above the one with overseas education backgrounds. 2. Over 4 years design experience in architects firms, focusing on large scale public buildings such as commercial and complex projects, within China experience will be priority. 3. With strong sense of responsibility and good team-work spirit. Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. 4. Fluency in English, Chinese will be a plus. Good communication skill and presentation skill. 项目建筑师 1. 建筑学专业本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验； 2. 优秀的方案创作能力； 3. 具有丰富的建成各类公建和住宅项目经验，精通项目从初步设计到施工图设计的具体工作，同时熟悉和各专业在各阶段的配合工作。具备带领团队完成从方案设计到施工配合全过程的工作经验； 4. 熟悉国家及地方的相关设计规范，并具备在方案设计中把握规范的实际经验； 5. 熟练应用AutoCad，Sketchup,Photoshop等专业软件； 6. 强烈的责任心和良好的团队领导能力； 具有国家一级注册建筑师专业资质，良好的建筑表现及英语表达能力者优先 主创建筑师 1.建筑学专业本科以上学历； 2.3年以上主创设计师工作经验； 3.具有较强方案设计能力，能够作为骨干完成项目的方案设计工作 4、具有敬业精神、责任心以及团队合作精神。 建筑设计师 1、本科以上学历，建筑学专业及相关专业； 2、具有二年以上建筑设计工作经验； 3、能进行施工图或方案设计； 4、具有良好的沟通和协调能力； 5、熟练使用AutoCAD Photoshop等相关设计软件； 6、具有敬业精神、责任心以及团队合作精神。 助理建筑师 1、建筑及相关专业本科以上学历； 2、具有良好的美学知识和绘图等专业技能； 3、能熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketchup、Illustrator、InDesign 等软件； 4、具有良好的沟通能力和合作精神，诚实正直、勤奋敬业。 实习生 1．三年以上本专业学习经历. 2．会使用各类辅助设计软件，具备手绘能力 3. 有较强的学习和适应能力、沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神。 有意者请将您的简历及作品发至： 请注明应聘职位以及薪金要求。 邮寄地址：北京市soho西区18号楼2501室。 邮编：100022 联系人：王女士 联系电话：18600201730 邮箱：wangnvshi666@163.com |
