Project Architect 项目建筑师 1.1 Major in Architecture, bachelor degree or above. Overseas education backgrounds will be priority. 建筑学专业毕业,本科学历或以上；有海外留学经历者优先。 1.2 more than 5 years working experience in design institute，2 years working experience in foreign design company will be priority. 5年以上设计院工作经验,有2年外企工作经验优先； 1.3 Design experience with large scale public buildings and residential buildings. Hospital project design experience will be preferred. 有大型公建以及住宅设计经验,有医院项目设计经验优先； 1.4 Be familiar with the related design standard. 熟悉国内相关设计规范； 1.5 Fluency in English (CET6) .French or German will be a plus 英语熟练(CET6级).懂德语,法语优先； 1.6 Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. 熟练掌握Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office等办公软件． 1.7 Love design； with strong sense of responsibility have good team-work spirit. 热爱建筑设计， 具备很强责任心和良好的团队协作精神； 1.8 Good communication skills and strong Customer Service Consciousness 良好的沟通能力和服务意识。 2. Junior Architect （Drafting）助理建筑师（设计制图） 2.1 Major in Architecture, Bachelor Degree or above, Master degree will be priority. 建筑学专业毕业,本科学历以上，硕士学历优先. 2.2 More than 2 years experience in design institute, experience in a foreign design company will be a priority. 设计院2年工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先。 2.3 Design experience of large scale public buildings and residence houses. Be familiar with the related design standard 大中型公建以及住宅设计经验； 2.4 Be familiar with the related design standard. 熟悉国内相关设计规范； 2.5 Good in English (CET4), can use English in daily communication. French or German will be a plus. 英语良好(CET4级)，能用英语进行日常交流； 懂德语,法语优先； 2.6 Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. 熟练掌握Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office等办公软件． 2.7 Love design； with strong sense of responsibility have good team-work spirit. 热爱设计， 具备很强责任心和良好的团队协作精神； 2.8 Good communication skills and strong Customer Service Consciousness. 良好的沟通能力和服务意识。 3. 效果图师 3.1 美术、设计类相关专业大专以上学历； 3.2 具有2-3年以上建筑、室内、装饰行业效果图制作经验。 3.3 熟练掌握并运用相关3D、Photoshop，VRay等软件； 3.4 具有建模、渲染、后期独立工作能力； 3.5 具有良好的设计图纸识图能力及领悟力，细心、有条理，效率高，配合度强； 3.6 工作态度认真，积极主动，责任心强，具备较强沟通能力，良好的团队意识及服务理念。 4. Internship designer 实习设计师 4.1 Major in architecture, excellent fresh graduate or university student. 建筑学专业，优秀应届毕业生或在校学生； 4.2 Good in English (CET4), can use English in daily communication. French or German will be a plus. 英语良好(CET4级)，能用英语进行日常交流； 懂德语,法语优先； 4.3 Good command of Auto Cad, Sketch Up, Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and Microsoft Office 熟练掌握Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator和Microsoft Office等办公软件； 4.4 Love design； with strong sense of responsibility have good team-work spirit. 热爱设计， 具备很强责任心和良好的团队协作精神； 4.5 Good communication skills and strong Customer Service Consciousness. 良好的沟通能力和服务意识。 4.6 Length of internship minimum six months 至少可实习6个月以上。 5. 质量控制建筑师 5.1 35岁~45岁，正规院校建筑学专业本科或以上学历，热爱设计，具备国家一级注册建筑师资格； 5.2 具独立主持并完成过3个以上10万平米以上大中型公建及住宅设计项目经验； 5.3 10年以上设计院工作经验；熟悉国内相关设计规范；有外企工作经验优先。 5.4 工作细心严谨，具备很强的责任心和良好的沟通能力，原则性强； 5.5 具良好的英语沟通能力优先。 6. 媒体部编辑 6.1 本科学历，具有两年以上工作经验，新闻、中文、公关、建筑设计等相关专业优先。 6.2 具有良好的中文写作能力；英语口语，写作能力较好者优先。 6.3 具有一定的建筑设计行业背景，对建筑设计行业有一定的了解，对建筑艺术有浓厚的兴趣，具有一定的美术功底，如在相关行业媒体工作者优先。 6.4 具有团队精神，较强的沟通、协调能力，具有创新能力。 6.5 具有建筑行业媒体及协会资源者优先。 6.6 个人有明确职业方向与定位，性格沉稳，做事专注。 |
