Keeping abreast of developments in design techniques and trends. · Undertaking thorough research of both the client’s needs and requirements and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters. · Assisted by the Project Manager, formulation of the Client Brief for the project in conjunction with the client. · In producing the conceptual design solution, awareness of and response to the strategic, financial and time planning for the project. · Marketing Woods Bagot’s design expertise and assisting in the raising of Woods Bagot’s reputation for design excellence Requirements · Degree holder in architecture from recognized institution · Demonstrated creative design on large scale projectsin Asia region · Strong conceptual design and presentation skills · Extensive experience in the management of projects (design and design team) · Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience. · Strong management and mentoring skills to supervise small team of professional architects and designers · Excellent communication in spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is a plus · Able and willing to travel as required Project manager Responsibilities · In conjunction with the Project Leader, production of a project plan and tracking that plan through all stages with the Project Leader · Has substantial professional / technical skills and applies these to contribute to successful project outcomes · Delivers key outcomes against business objectives by generating new work · Responsible for account managing a number of important clients through building and developing · Relationships and identifying new business development opportunities · Mentor and support project / studio staff to promote skills enhancement and professional development Requirements · 5-10 years extensive management of projects · Degree in Architecture · Fluent Mandarin Speaking · Developed and respected management skills over teams · Client and account management with strong communication skill · Industry knowledge and awareness of trends · Manage and deliver the project on time, to budget and specification Intermediate architect Responsibilities · To assist the project leader in design processes and take an active role in the design development of projects. · Aid in the development of conceptual design solutions to any design problems, coordination with the client, consultants and authorities. Also to provide assistance to the Project Leader and Project Director in presentations. · Undertake thorough research of both the client’s needs and requirements and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters. Requirements · Degree holder in architecture from recognized institution · Demonstrated creative design & experience in large commercial projects · Strong conceptual design, communication and presentation skills · 2-4 years post graduate experience · Command of spoken & written Mandarin and English (preferred) · Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and hand sketching(Rhino and Rivet an advantage) Junior architectural designer Responsibilities · Work closely with the architectural designer. · Collaborate with other global studios · Report to studio management Requirements · Degree holder in architectural design from recognized institution · Team skills, keen in sharing design innovations · Strong detailing skills-Sketch and 3d skills, Rhino and advantage · Familiar with 2D and 3D graphic and presentation software · Strong communication skills and conversant in Mandarin and English are preferable Junior Interior designer Responsibilities · Work closely with the interior designer. · Collaborate with other global studios · Report to studio management Requirements · Degree holder in interior design or architecture from recognized institution · Team skills, able to mentor junior staff and keen in sharing design innovations · Strong detailing skills · Familiar with 2D and 3D graphic and presentation software · Strong communication skills and conversant in Mandarin and English are preferable Senior design leader (Retail Planning and Interiors) Responsibilities · Managing the conceptual design process and taking the leading role in the development of design solutions together with their incorporation and maintenance throughout the subsequent design. · Development of conceptual design solutions to the design problems and parameters agreed with the client and as contained in the Brief, together with the presentation of those solutions to the client. · Development and maintenance of a reputation and acceptance, both outside and within WoodsBagot as a skilled and innovative designer. Keeping abreast of developments in design techniques and trends. · Undertaking thorough research of both the client’s needs and requirements and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters. · Assisted by the Project Manager, formulation of the Client Brief for the project in conjunction with the client. · In producing the conceptual design solution, awareness of and response to the strategic, financial and time planning for the project. · Marketing WoodsBagot’s design expertise and assisting in the raising of WoodsBagot’s reputation for design excellence Requirements · Degree holder in interior design or architecture from recognized institution · Demonstrated creative design on large scale retail projectsin Asia region · Strong conceptual design and presentation skills · Extensive experience in the management of projects (design and design team) · Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in retail projects. · Strong management and mentoring skills to supervise small team of professional architects and designers · Excellent communication in spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is a plus · Able and willing to travel as required Urban Designer Responsibilities · To assist the Project Leader in the management of the design process and in the development of design solutions throughout the concept master planning and control plan documentation. · Independent research skills for benchmarking and understanding of all types of property developments. · Sufficient skills to develop context analysis and design diagrams Requirements · 3-5 yrs work experience in the master planning, urban design and landscape advanced · Urban Design/planning/Architecture/landscape degree · International project experience advanced · Industry knowledge and awareness of UD/MP trends · Must be strong bi-lingual (English / Mandarin) user to work with expatriate team and clients in daily basis. · Computer skills in terms of Adobe package, AutoCad, Office package is a must, 3D skills advanced. Accountant Responsibilities: · Reports to local Studio Manager and Finance Leader · Cash and bank reconciliation at the month end · Routine bookkeeping · Assist in overseas fund transfer on document preparation etc. · Help on reimbursement of senior management · Assist in liaison with tax bureau on any tax issues when required · Keep close contact with other studios under WB Group · Corporate Amex card monthly statement reconciliation · Maintain an effective project accounting management system · Project accounting data input and analysis · A/R entries, debtor report and assist in cash collection if required · Assist in the coordination of monthly revenue meeting · Assist in month end accounts closing · Assist in annual audit for both China and Australia tax year · Issue invoice, Fapiao for both BJ and other studios · Assist in system enhancement work · Perform any ad hoc assignments on a required basis Requirements: · Degree holder in Accounting or relevant discipline · Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience preferably with professional services firm/project based accounting · Experience in any global operating Accounting Systems · Proficiency in PC skills including MS word and Excel · Excellent communication skills · Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese Woods Bagot is an equal opportunity employer.
