| 美国龙安集团成立于1984年，由美籍华人，前纽约市规划局委员、局长，国际著名建筑规划专家，中国国家外专局美籍规划建筑专家饶及人创建。作为成功打入中国市场的外资企业，美国龙安集团将中西合璧的理念完善结合，在中国获奖最多，拥有“中国最具影响力的国际设计事务所”的称号；龙安集团广泛吸纳整合优质资源，力求使社会优质资源效益最大化发挥。集团旗下拥有诸多核心品牌公司，并有众多国内外顶尖建筑规划设计人才加入。旗下北京众拓建筑工程设计有限责任公司为建设部甲级设计单位（建设部甲级资质号：A111000883），成为目前国内为数不多的具有甲级资质的外籍建筑设计企业之一。 迄今为止，城市规划总面积2857平方公里 （约47个纽约曼哈顿岛）；住宅区规划设计总建筑面积约为2257万平方米（约为22万个家庭房）；公建设计总建筑面积1219万平方米（约相当于75个国家大剧院）；旧城改建街道总长度11,300米（相当于6条半法国香榭丽舍大道）；景观设计总面积1,107公顷（约3个纽约曼哈顿中央公园面积）；室内设计总面积15万平方米（约514个样板间）。集团网站：www.jaodesign.com. 现诚聘高级项目经理1名，要求如下： Responsibilities: - Work with RM Studio international team of JAO Design International. - Liaise with clients and consultants from conceptual design through construction drawings - Handle full set of tender documents and construction drawings - Project management and coordination from design to site supervision to handover to client - Monitor the costing, quality control and implementation schedule of projects -Coordination within the departments of JAO Design International: RM Studio International Department, Planning Department, Zhongtuo Class A LDI. -Coordination within RM Studio International Department and Marketing Department regarding contract coordination and negotiation. 工作职责： - 在龙安集团RM工作室（国际部）下工作； - 与客户及外协方在概念设计至施工图阶段进行联络和沟通； - 处理全套招标文件与施工图； - 在设计、工地监管和成果递交阶段进行项目管理和协调； - 项目成本监控、质量及实施进度控制； - 在RM工作室（国际部）与规划部及众拓甲级设计院间开展协调工作。 - 在RM工作室（国际部）与市场部间就合同对接与谈判开展协调工作。 Requirements: - The candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 years professional experience - Possess a professional degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture - Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English - Able to carry out and manage projects from conceptual design to construction drawings, including related government approvals - Able to prepare drawing submissions according to project phase - Manage contracts with clients and suppliers - Able to work closely with the Project Leader and design team in project management to meet deadlines - Establish and maintain good working relations with clients and consultants - Office quality systems management, working closely with our architects to help them understand and follow company standards - Chinese Native (including Taiwan and Hong Kong) with good English skills since co-workers are foreign and Chinese architects - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Microsoft Project, Power Point, 3D programs is a plus - Previous experience abroad with international companies is a plus.
