Intermediate architect
中级建筑师
Responsibilities
· To assist the project leader in design processes and take an active role in the design development of projects.
· Aid in the development of conceptual design solutions to any design problems, coordination with the client, consultants and authorities. Also to provide assistance to the Project Leader and Project Director in presentations.
· Undertake thorough research of both the client’s needs and requirements and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters.
职责
· 协助项目主管共同完成设计任务并且在项目深化阶段起到积极的作用
· 协助解决概念设计方案中的各种设计问题，与客户、顾问和相关部门协调。并协助项目主管和项目总监进行汇报。
· 充分研究客户的需求和以及其他项目相关事宜，以便充分理解设计问题。

Requirements
· Degree holder in architecture from recognized institution
· Demonstrated creative design & experience in large commercial projects
· Strong conceptual design, communication and presentation skills
· 2-4 years post graduate experience
· Command of spoken & written Mandarin and English (preferred)
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and hand sketching (Rhino and Rivet an advantage)

· 建筑设计本科以上学历
· 大型商业项目设计的能力及经验
· 优秀的概念设计，沟通及汇报能力
· 毕业后，2-4年行业工作经验
· 优秀的中文表达能力，英文好者优先

Requirements
· Degree holder in interior design or architecture from recognized institution
· 5-10 years post –graduate experience in retail and or hospitality projects
· Strong conceptual design and presentation skills, ability to convey ideas through sketches
· Team skills, able to mentor junior staff and keen in sharing design innovations
· Strong detailing skills
· Experience with branding and theme in design
· Familiar with 2D and 3D graphic and presentation software
· Strong communication skills and conversant in Mandarin and English are preferable

Urban Designer 城市设计师

Responsibilities

· To assist the Project Leader in the management of the design process and in the development of design solutions throughout the concept master planning and control plan documentation.
· Independent benchmarking research and develop concept masterplan based on correct understanding of all types of property developments.
· independently develop context analysis and design diagrams
· To help final design report and PPT edition
职责

· 在概念总体规划和控制性规划设计过程中协助项目主管共同完成设计项目
· 独立研究案例工作，以及深化和完善总体规划基于对各种物业开发类型的正确理解
· 独立绘制背景分析和设计分析图
· 协助完成设计文本和汇报稿

Requirements
· 3-5 yrs work experience in the master planning, urban design and large-scale architecture advanced
· Urban Design degree or Architecture bachelor degree at least
· International project experience advanced
· Industry knowledge and awareness of UD/MP trends
· Strong concept design and analysis abilities
· Bi-lingual (English / Mandarin) user to work with expatriate team and clients in daily basis.
· Computer skills in terms of Adobe package, AutoCad, Office package is a must, 3D skills advanced.

要求
· 3-5年总体规划、城市设计或大尺度建筑的工作经验
· 城市设计或建筑设计本科学位以上
· 国际项目经验优先
· 具备相关行业知识，并了解城市设计/总体规划的设计趋势
· 较强的概念设计和分析能力
· 具备双语（英语/汉语）能力，以便每天与外籍团队和客户工作
· 电脑技能，熟练使用Adobe（Illustrator,Photoshop 和InDesign）、AutoCad、Office软件，SketchUp 或相关3D建模软件
