We do consulting, master planning, urban design, architecture and interior design with a focus on mixed-use and shopping centre projects. More details on www.girimun.com We are in frank expansion and currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as full-time employees to work on very prestigious projects including high-end mixed-use developments, shopping-centres, office and residential towers. We are looking for individuals with both creative design abilities and experience in project coordination and client communication. 1. ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT COORDINATOR IN SHANGHAI The right candidate will be/have: · Degree holder in architecture from recognized institutions. · Min. 8-10 years’ working experience. · Track record experience in project coordination and management amongst consultants and LDIs for large –scale China projects in all stages including Design Development. · Client facing exposure. · Relevant experience in shopping centre and mixed-use projects. · Track record experience in Business Development. · Excellent communication in spoken & written English (CET6) and Mandarin. · Hands-on approach and ability to deliver under pressure on fast-track projects. · Willing to be stationed in Shanghai or travel frequently. · Good knowledge of CAD and other 3D and graphic software’s. 2. LEAD SENIOR DESIGN / PROJECT ARCHITECT The right candidates are will be/have: · 8-10 years experience in design leadership / client management. · Experience in large-scale shopping centre / hospitality interiors. · Degree holder in architecture / interior design from recognized institutions. · Ability to manage the design process and team to deliver on time. · Hands-on approach and ability to deliver under pressure. · Strong conceptual design and presentation skills incl. hand sketch. · Excellent knowledge of materials, suppliers, detailing and finishing material specification to budget. · Ability to handle engineering co-ordination and lead detail design packages. · Excellent communication in spoken & written English. (Mandarin is an advantage). · Good knowledge of CAD, Sketchup / other 3D pack / Photoshop / Power Point. · China project experience is a plus. · Candidates with less working experience will be considered for less senior positions in the interior design team.
