| Zaha Hadid Architects are seeking intermediate architects for projects in Shanghai. Position: · At least 5 years experience from a foreign-invested architectural firm or a Class-A design institute.At least 3 years of experience in a foreign company, foreign-invested architectural firm based in China or a Class-A design institute. · Required working experience from SD to DD stage at least, preferable to Construction Drawings and building completion. · Experience as package architect preferred. · Experience in the design of large mixed-use retail projects or large-scale projects. Ability to comprehend the project and the owner’s demand, with service spirit and good communication and coordination skills.Experience in the design of large mixed-use office projects or large-scale projects (preferable but not mandatory). · Capacity to complete the designated piece of work in accordance with professional and company standards； · Ability to deliver the assigned piece of work in line with project deadlines. · Excellent design techniques and graphic skills. Excellent design techniques and graphic skills. · At least 3 years experience in the whole process of architectural design (program, preliminary design and shop drawing). High proficiency in AutoCAD, good proficiency in 3D software (Rhino), good proficiency in Adobe Package. (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) · Dedication with responsibility and a good teamwork spirit. Excellent team player, good communication and coordination skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent organisation skills · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Robust and tenacious personality. · Creative approach to problem solving. · Ability to work to deadlines. · High dedication and sense of responsibility are essential. · Proficiency in Chinese and English, both oral and written.Good Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written. · Bachelor degree or above in architecture from a top Chinese university or an overseas university. · PRC · Class-I Registrated Architect or equivalent professional certificate from overseas are preferred.Class-A Registered Architect or equivalent professional certificate from overseas are preferred.
