Bear-iD Sustainable Urban Planners + Architects Company Profile Bear-iD (http://www.bear-id.com) is one independent architecture company in the Netherlands, with offices in Rotterdam, Hongkong, Shanghai and Beijing. We offer a full range of services, with all the expertise in house that is needed to manage and coordinate the entire design and construction process from planning until delivery. We are active in all architectural design disciplines by providing everything from research to visualizations, from specifications to cost accounting. Bear-iD specializes in environmentally friendly building processes and products. We have the facilities to carry out cutting-edge research in collaboration with partners who are experts in sustainability as well as being technologically advanced. Bear-iD in Shanghai Bear-iD Sustainable Urban Planners + Architects is our Shanghai branch office. Our projects in China are run from our Shanghai office. We have been active in China since 2000, in 2011 a licensed company is opened in Shanghai and is now looking to expand our team in Shanghai. Our work focus on low and zero carbon buildings (public buildings, schools, offices, hotels), renovation of old buildings, sustainable (industrial and agro) master planning, urban planning and eco-cities. Our projects have to be eye-catching and sustainable. Good social and (English) communicating abilities are a must. A strong work ethic and a mind that can think out of the box. Senior Architect (m/f) 高级建筑师 Five years experience or more in a Chinese Design Institute or international architectural company. Experience in dealing with local authorities and local design institutes. Guide the architects and work together with the Dutch staff on our local design projects. Responsible for the technical quality of the projects and the contacts with authorities. Support the business development if needed. Minimal requirements: Native Chinese with English good enough for internal communication Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Urban Planning Chinese architects examinations Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Office Architect/designer (m/f) 建筑师 Two or more years experience. The architect/designer has to be very creative and will work together with the Dutch staff on concept designs. Basic knowledge of sustainability will be useful. Minimal requirements: Native Chinese with English good enough for internal communication Bachelor Degree in Architecture Competent with Chinese regulations and standards Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Office. Affinity with other computer software is preferred, (Studio Max , Revit). Junior Architects or Planner (m/f) 初级建筑师 Architects will work together with the Dutch staff and mainly work on local projects in the concept design. Minimal requirements: Native Chinese with English good enough for internal communication Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Urban Planning / Landscape Architecture Competent with Chinese regulations and standards Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Office.
