设计总监
任职资格：
1、建筑学或相关专业本科（含）以上学历，具有大型设计单位8年以上工作经验；
2、具有独立负责大型规划或方案的设计经验，能够独立设计方案，与其他团队成员合作完成一定规模的详细规划或城市设计项目；
3、有独特设计理念和方案创作能力，思维敏捷、敏锐，有浓厚的创新意识；
4、可以熟练的使用手绘草图表达设计理念；
5、熟悉绿色与生态建筑体系；
6、外籍或有境外设计公司工作经历者优先。

Designer Director
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree of Architecture and other relevant discipline or above, with at least 8 years working experience in a large design institute/company；
2.Experience to preside over large-scale planning or design； ability to propose design independently； able to accomplish certain scale detailed planning or urban design projects collaborated with other team members；
3.With unique design philosophy and able to make design creation； thinking quickly and sharply and consciousness of innovation；
4.Ability to express design concept with sketch skillfully；
5.Familiar with green and ecological architecture system；
6.Foreigners or having overseas working experience is preferred.

高级建筑师
任职资格：
1、建筑学或相关专业本科（含）以上学历，具有5年以上建筑方案的工作经验；
2、熟悉中国的建筑规范要求；
3、主持或参与过大型项目设计，能独立主持项目；
4、英语流利，可进行双语工作；
5、具有国家注册建筑师资格，有境外学习或工作经验者优先。
Senior Architect
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree of Architecture and other relevant discipline or above, with at least 5 years working experience at building planning；
2.Familiar with Chinese requirements of building codes；
3.Experience to preside over or participate in large-scale project design； able to take charge of projects；
4. Ability to communicate in English smoothly,
5.Qualified / chartered of national registered architect； experience of studying or working overseas is preferred.

助理建筑师
任职资格：
1、建筑学、城市规划学或景观设计专业本科（含）以上学历，有1年以上的相关工作经验；
2、熟练运用掌握三维渲染、绘图等设计软件；
3、具备建筑基础知识,理解力强,能够准确理解设计意图，熟练制作模型；
4、具有扎实的建筑基本知识；良好的三维空间想象力；
5、善于学习，有较强的进取心；
6、英语流利，可进行双语工作，有境外学习或工作经验者优先。
Assistant Architect
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree of Architecture/Urban Planning/Landscape Designing or above, with at least 1 years relevant working experience；
2. Good command of 3Dmax, Sketch up and other graphic software etc；
3.Familiar with basic architectural knowledge； good understanding of design intent accurately； good at making models；
4. Willing to learn and self-motivated；
5.Ability to communicate in English smoothly； experience of studying or working overseas is preferred.

高级城市规划师
任职资格：
1、大学本科（含）以上学历，城市规划、建筑、设计等相关专业。5年以上正规设计院所（公司）城市规划设计工作经验，有大型甲级设计院工作经验者优先、注册规划师优先；
2、熟悉国内规划领域的相关规范、熟练掌握规划技术性规范；熟悉武汉市控详规划、修详规划、郊区新镇规划编制内容、文本、图纸成果要求者优先；
3、有较强的方案构思和专业技能，有独立主持大型项目的综合设计及管理能力，能够作为骨干与公司外籍规划师合作完成大型项目的方案规划；
4、具备较强的沟通协调能力和徒手表达能力，具备较强的从设计到建造全过程的控制能力；
5、熟练掌握CAD、Photoshop、3Dmax、Sketch up等绘图软件；
6、英语流利，可进行中英双语工作，有境外工作经验者优先。
Senior Urban Planner
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Architecture / Urban Planning / Designing or above, with at least 5 years working experience in formal design institute/company in China； experience working at well-known foreign architectural firm or a well-known design institute is preferred, national registered urban planner is preferred；
2. Familiar with local design codes, familiar with regulatory plan, constructive plan, and standard of new town planning in Wuhan city is preferred；
3. Good command of the knowledge of urban planning, etc., presided over large-scale projects with integrated design and management capabilities, able to co-work with foreign planners on planning of large scale project；
4. Excellent communications with proactive working attitude, strong hand coordination skills, strong construction of the entire process from design to control；
5. Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3Dmax, Sketch up and other graphic software etc；
6. Ability to communicate in English smoothly, having overseas working experience is preferred.

高级景观设计师
任职资格：
1、大学本科（含）以上学历，景观、园林、建筑、环境艺术等相关专业，5年以上设计院或咨询公司相关工作经验，有中级或以上职称优先；
2、熟练掌握有关景观规划设计的国家规范及专业知识；
3、具有优秀的景观设计能力，成功设计和操作过大型综合性景观项目，能承担大型景观规划和设计的创意和设计，能独立审核景观施工图；
4、英语流利，可进行中英双语工作，有境外工作经验者优先。
Senior Landscape Designer
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Landscape / Architecture / Environmental Art and other relevant discipline or above, with at least 5 years working experience in design institute or consultancy, intermediate level or above is preferred；
2. Familiar with national design code and standard of landscape plan and design；
3. Good command of the knowledge of landscape design, presided over large-scale projects with integrated design and management capabilities, able to undertake large-scale landscape planning and design, able to review landscape working drawings independently；
4. Ability to communicate in English smoothly, having overseas working experience is preferred.

交通规划师
任职资格：
1、道路交通、交通工程或相关专业本科（含）以上学历，5年以上设计院或咨询公司相关经验，高级工程师（道路交通）优先；
2、交通规划和交通工程方面具有丰富经验，承担过一定规模的城市规划项目编制工作或承担过道路交通设计工作；
3、团队意识和沟通能力强，具有开发高度自我激励团队的经验和能力，良好的技术分析和解决问题的能力，丰富的技术报告写作经验；
4、英语流利，可进行中英双语工作，有境外工作经验者优先。
Transportation Planner
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Transportation / Traffic Engineering and other relevant discipline or above, with at least 5 years working experience in a design institute or consultancy；
2. Excellent understanding of transport planning / traffic engineering, has undertaken a certain scale of urban project planning or road traffic design；
3. Team player with excellent personal and communication skills, experience and ability to develop a highly motivated team, good technical problem solving skills, good proposal and technical report writing experience；
5. Ability to communicate in English smoothly, having overseas working experience is preferred.

土建结构工程师
任职资格：
1、结构工程、土木工程、建筑等相关专业大学本科（含）以上学历，3年以上结构设计工作经验；
2、具有较强的结构专业独立设计和协调能力，熟悉本专业相关规范和标准及新技术的应用；
3、熟练使用专业软件，获得相关机构认证的高级工程师且有过大型项目的设计经验者优先；
4、英语流利，可进行中英双语工作，有海外工作经验者优先。
Civil Structural Engineer
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering / Architecture and other relevant discipline or above, with at least 3 years structural design experience；
2. Good command of the knowledge of structural design and coordination skills, familiar with local design codes and standards as well as the application of new technologies；
3. Familiar with professional software, qualified / chartered engineer of a recognized professional institution and having large-scale project experience is preferred；
4. Ability to communicate in English smoothly, having overseas working experience is preferred.

造价监理工程师
1、工程造价、建筑经济等相关专业，大学本科（含）以上学历，5年以上从事建筑工程造价咨询工作经验，具有造价执业资格证书，国家注册监理工程师资质者优先；
2、熟悉合同、土建、水电、安装等预算的编制和审核，专业能力强；
3、具备大型建设项目造价管理工作经历，熟悉造价控制监理工作程序；
4、有较强的组织协调能力和书写、口头表达能力；
5、责任心强，吃苦耐劳，团队合作精神好；
6、英语流利，可进行中英双语工作，有海外工作经验者优先。
Cost Estimation Engineer
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Project Cost Estimation/ Architectural Economic and other relevant discipline or above with minimum 5 years experience of architectural project cost estimation consultancy. Qualification of cost evaluation practitioner or qualification of national registered project supervisor is preferred；
2. Familiar with plotting and censorship of contract, civil, water and electric system installation budgeting, high professional capability；
3. Experience of cost estimation and administration of large-scale constructing project, familiar with the operational procedure of cost estimation supervision；
4. Strong organizing and coordinating ability with good command of written and oral expression ability；
5. High sense of responsibility, industrious, team-worker；
6. Fluent English, able to work under Chinese and English environment, oversea working experience is preferred.

公用设备工程师
1、暖通、电气、给排水等相关专业本科（含）上学历；
2、3年以上大型设计院设备专业设计工作经验；
3、熟练掌握国家相关设计规范和标准，熟练掌握CAD及其他与建筑设备设计相关绘图软件；
4、有注册设备工程师资格或工程师职称者优先；
5、具有良好的沟通、协调能力，具有跨专业协调统筹能力；
6、英语流利，可进行中英双语工作，有海外工作经验者优先。
Public Facility Engineer
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Heating Ventilating Engineering/ Electronic Engineering/ Water Supplying and Drainage or above；
2. Minimum 3 years experience of facility designing in well-known designing institution；
3. Familiar with national requirements of relevant regulations and standards, good command of CAD and other relevant facility designing software；
4. Qualification of registered facility engineer or engineer title is preferred；
5. Good communicating and coordinating ability, with intersect discipline coordinating ability
6. Fluent English, able to work under Chinese and English environment, oversea working experience is preferred.

环境工程师
1、环境工程（沼气工程、给排水、有机垃圾处理、污水处理等）专业本科（含）以上学历，环境工程领域5年以上工作经验，相关专业中级职称以上，环境工程高级工程师资格优先；
2、具备一定的项目设计、现场施工管理能力；
3、具有扎实的理论基础及丰富的工作经验，能独立组织和处理环境工程施工能力，CAD制图能力强；
4、英语流利，可进行中英双语工作，有海外工作经验者优先。
Environmental Engineer
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Environmental Engineering (including Sludge Project, Water Supply and Drainage, Organic Waste Disposal, Sewage Disposal) or above, minimum 5 years working experience in environment engineering and intermediate level in related discipline, senior environment engineer is preferred
2. Good ability of project designing, construction site administration.
3. Sufficient knowledge and working experience, able to organize and handle environmental project construction, good at CAD.
4. Fluent English, able to work under Chinese and English environment, oversea working experience is preferred

电气工程师
1、重点大学本科（含）以上学历，电气自动化等相关专业，有注册共用设备工程师者优先；
2、 3年以上相关岗位工作经验，有甲级设计院工作经验者优先；
3、能够独立完成工业或民用建筑的电气初设和施工图设计；。
4、熟练掌握国内外电气设备的技术指标、性能参数，熟悉Project、CAD等相关办公软件；
5、具有良好的沟通、协调能力，具有跨专业协调统筹能力；
6、英语流利，可进行中英双语工作，有海外工作经验者优先。
Electronic Engineer
1. Bachelor Degree of Electronic Engineering/Automation and relevant discipline or above from top universities, qualification of public facility engineer is preferred；
2. Minimum 3 years working experience of relevant positions, working experience from top design institution is preferred；
3. Able to individually accomplish the primary electronic design and operational sketch of industrial or civil architecture；
4. Good command of technique and functional data of electronic facilities home and abroad, familiar with Project, CAD and relevant software.
5. Good communicating and coordinating ability, with intersect discipline coordinating ability
6. Fluent English, able to work under Chinese and English environment, oversea working experience is preferred。

暖通工程师
1、重点大学本科（含）以上学历，暖通相关专业，具有暖通工程师职称或国家资质的优先；
2、 3年以上相关岗位工作经验，有甲级设计院工作经验者优先；
3、能独立承担暖通项目的设计，对专业业务知识有较强的钻研精神；
4、熟练掌握国家相关设计规范和标准，精通净化空气与制冷系统等设备，熟练掌握CAD及其他与建筑设备设计相关绘图软件；
5、具有良好的沟通、协调能力，具有跨专业协调统筹能力；
6、英语流利，可进行中英双语工作，有海外工作经验者优先。
Heating Ventilating Engineer
1. Bachelor degree of Heating Ventilating and relevant disciplines or above from top university, possessing of heating ventilating engineer title or national qualification is preferred；
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant positions, working experience from top design institution is preferred；
3. Able to individually accomplish heating ventilating design, intensive study interest in professional knowledge；
4. Familiar with national requirements of relevant regulations and standards, proficient in air purifying and refrigeration facilities, good command of CAD and other relevant architecture design software；
5. Good communicating and coordinating ability, with intersect discipline coordinating ability；
6. Fluent English, able to work under Chinese and English environment, oversea working experience is preferred.
