You will also develop capital and lease expenditure requests for international projects and monitor the financial approval process； prepare market studies； develop and coordinate foreign leases and business items, as well as negotiate in conjunction with the regional business plan to generate cost savings. Managing all facility-related projects for international airport facilities to generate cost savings to the organization and ensure effective airport operations will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will perform project management duties such as planning and recommending financial budgets, projects, and priorities for specific regions； providing technical support to engineers in the development of industrial engineering reports for countries； negotiating, awarding, and administering contracts to comply with business plans in multiple countries； maintaining accurate financial and construction records as well as auditing and approving all applications for payments； monitoring foreign exchange rates to determine impact on high investment and large capital projects； coordinating cost estimating the project administration and close out for all international projects； managing and coordinating requirements for the planning, design, and implementation of sort system projects. Lastly, you will provide consultation on the development of foreign agent facility projects to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within approved budgets.
