We offer a full range of services, with all the expertise in house that is needed to manage and coordinate the entire design and construction process from planning until delivery. We are active in all architectural design disciplines by providing everything from research to visualizations, from specifications to cost accounting. Ambition is our watchword. We use our combined energy to foster sustainability, so that we can truly have the Best of Both Worlds. KOW in Shanghai KOW Sustainable Architects + Urban Planners is our Shanghai branch office. Located in a sustainable decorated office in the creative design centre in the Jing’An district of Shanghai. KOW is the first independent Dutch architectural office in China. Our projects in China are run from our Shanghai office. We have been active in China since 2007 and are now looking to expand our team in Shanghai. We are sponsor of several green events and the sustainable decorated office had a score of 78 out of 100 for the Eco-Audit. Our work focus on low and zero carbon buildings (public buildings, schools, offices, hotels), renovation of old buildings, sustainable (industrial and agro) master planning, urban planning and eco-cities. Our projects have to be eye-catching and sustainable. 招聘职位： We currently have several job openings in Shanghai: Employee Profile All applicants must be team players with a strong sense of responsibility and a professional attitude. Good social and (English) communicating abilities are a must. A strong work ethic and a mind that can think out of the box. Architect/designer (m/f) Two or more years experience. The architect/designer has to be very creative and will work together with the Dutch staff on concept designs. Basic knowledge of sustainability will be useful. Minimal requirements: Native Chinese with English good enough for internal communication Bachelor Degree in Architecture Competent with Chinese regulations and standards Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Office. Affinity with other computer software is preferred, (Studio Max , Revit). Junior Architects or Planner (m/f) Architects will work together with the Dutch staff and mainly work on local projects in the concept design. Minimal requirements: Native Chinese with English good enough for internal communication Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Urban Planning / Landscape Architecture Competent with Chinese regulations and standards Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Office.
