RSH+P is an international architectural practice based in London, currently working on a range of high profile projects. Over three decades, the firm has attracted critical acclaim and awards. RSH+P employs around 160 people in three offices across the world – Madrid, Tokyo and London. We are currently seeking all levels of architectural professionals for Shanghai office.

Position: Project Architect (Team Leader)
Experience Required 7 -10 Years
Responsibilities:
1. to provide support to an international design team based in London during early design stages on issues such as local codes, regulations and general work practices in China；
2. to be involved in all design phases and all aspects of execution and project delivery
3. to form and to lead a design team in Shanghai to carry out design works for Design Development and Construction Document review；
4. to communicate with London design team, clients, LDI and other related consultants on a daily basis to ensure that design intent and clients’ objectives are met；
5. to review design documents at all stages and ensure the drawings comply with the design intent.
6. to respond to inquiries during construction phase；
Required Qualifications:
1. Advanced education leading to professional qualifications in architecture.
2. Work experience abroad is an advantage.
3. Portfolio which reflects a contemporary style.
4. 7-10 years of architectural design experience in mixed use, commercial, residential and workplace projects
5. Communication skills in English and Mandarin.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, graphic editing and standard office software is required； experience in MicroStation is an advantage.
7. Effective team player with leadership and skills in collaboration and project management
8. Solid experience in Chinese construction practices and the management of projects in China； excellent familiarity with Chinese building code； experience in preparing specification is a plus.

Position: Architect – intermediate level
Experience Required 4-6 Years
Responsibilities:
To be part of a design team working on a number of diverse projects.
Required Qualifications:
1. Professional degree in architecture.
2. A good portfolio representing a strong contemporary style.
3. 4-6 years of architectural design experience；
4. Ability to communicate well in verbal and written English.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, graphic editing, publication and standard office software is required； experience in MicroStation is a plus.
6. Must be effective team players with excellent collaboration skills.
7. Experience in Chinese construction practice； familiarity with Chinese building code；

Position: Architectural Assistant
Experience Required 1-4 Years
Responsibilities:
To support Architects in daily project execution.
Qualification:
1. Professional degree in architecture.
2. Advanced education and work experience abroad is a plus but not required； portfolio must reflect a current international style.
3. 1-4 years of architectural design experience；
4. Ability to communicate in verbal and written English.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, graphic editing, publication and standard office software is required； experience in MicroStation is a plus.
6. Experience in Chinese construction practices； familiarity with Chinese building code；
7. Must be effective team players, excellent collaboration skills.
