Responsibilities
· To assist the project leader in design processes and take an active role in the design development of projects.
· Aid in the development of conceptual design solutions to any design problems, coordination with the client, consultants and authorities. Also to provide assistance to the Project Leader and Project Director in presentations.
· Undertake thorough research of both the client’s needs and requirements and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters.

Requirements
· Degree holder in architecture from recognized institution
· Demonstrated creative design & experience in large commercial projects

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and hand sketching (Rhino and Rivet an advantage)

Requirements
· 10 years extensive management of projects
· Master’s degree in Urban Design or Planning
· Fluent Mandarin Speaking
· Developed and respected management skills over teams
· Client and account management with strong communication skill
· Industry knowledge and awareness of trends
· Manage and deliver the project on time, to budget and specification

Senior Urban Designer
Responsibilities
· Provides leadership in project conception, design, production and management
· Design strategies to address client budgets and needs
· Collaborates in overall staffing and directs Urban Design and Planning team
· Consults with clients, engineers and architects on specifications and needs of overall program
Requirements
· Master’s degree in Urban Design / Bachelor degree in Architecture essential
· 10 years of related experience, including 5 years managerial project responsibility

· Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills

Regional HR Manager

About the Opportunity
Woods Bagot is currently seeking a HR Manager to oversee our Asia operations in conjunction with the Asia Management Leader. You will also have the support of an amazing mentor in the form of our Global Human Resource Manager.
This role works remotely with the HR Administrators from our studios in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. This is a true generalist role where you will be building relationships and coaching/ supporting studios on a range of matters including:
- Employment Law
- Recruitment
- Employee Relations
- Performance management and reviews
- Dismissals
- Immigration, repatriation and relocation
- Workshop facilitation, training and development
- HR projects
Some travel (including overnight) may be required.
About You
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills including the confidence to negotiate with and influence key stakeholders.
The role would ideally suit a HR Manager with experience leading strategic HR in Asia. Experience in professional services such as law, engineering, accounting is highly desirable.
We have a compliance team in place who work across Finance and Legal. This role is focused on people strategy, workplace culture and not compliance.
We’d like to hear from you if you have a generalist background and you possess the following:
- High level of commercial acumen
- Professional level oral and written Mandarin and English
- Outcome oriented
- Able to create successful partnerships and influence the business
- Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
