Outstanding fresh graduates or the fifth grade undergraduates in Architecture major 2. A passion for architecture, with a keen intellect and active thinking. 3. Excellent design techniques and graphic skills. 4. Dedication with responsibility and a good teamwork spirit. 5. Good communication skills. 6. Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, Indesign and Office applications. 7. Fluent in Chinese and English, both oral and written. The outstanding intern can become regular employees based upon performance. Independently complete drafting assignments. 2. Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy. 3. Strong design ability to lead assistant designers to complete the design tasks of the project independently. 4. Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project. 5. Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings. 6. Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review. 7. Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects. 8. Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. 2. Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. 3. Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. 5. Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino. 6. Rigorous attention to detail work. 7. Excellent organizational skills. 8. Fluent in Chinese and English, both oral and written. Responsible for designing building plans, drawing construction maps, and the communicating with clients, and adjusting, modifying, or tracking the proposals. 2. To lead the team to undertake large projects of the construction designing work and arrange designing teams to design the project. 3. To communicate and cooperation with the clients and support the work and business. 4. Responsible for the reporting the designing plan and coordinating the Party A’s demands. Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Urban Design, Architecture with at least 5 years of working experiences. Masters or overseas educational background is preferable. 2. Experience working in on projects in China essential. 3. Holding Registered Architect, Registered Planner is an advantage. 4. Strong client management skills and good team work spirit. 5. Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. 6. Proficiency in AutoCAD and, Adobe Creative Suite software packages. 7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite as well as overall strong computer proficiency. 8. Strong attention to detail. 9. Excellent organizational skills. 10. Fluent in Chinese and English, both oral and written.
