Candidates should have experience during SD, DD, and CD phases of large-scale projects in China, of high quality design at internationally renowned architectural design firms. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work well in teams and coordinate and collaborate with an extensive team of local and international consultants. Experience working with and coordinating design with LDIs on architecture and SMEP engineering, as well as bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required. You will be responsible for developing the design of a complex mixed-use project, working directly with the Partner in Charge, and will develop the design of exhibition areas, museum-quality facilities, offices, logistics, and the interior design of common areas and lobbies. The ability to creatively and rigorously develop the design； technically coordinate between architecture, SMEP, and facade design； and deliver a comprehensive depth of detail for each design stage is essential. Minimum requirements: - 5-8 years experience in international design offices - Strong and clear communication skills and a systematic approach to the design process - Masters Degree (or equivalent) in Architecture - Highly developed skills in team organization, consultant communication and coordination, high-rise building design, technical detailing, and construction documents and administration - Knowledge and familiarity of general planning and code regulations - Enthusiasm and commitment to a high level of design in a high energy work environment - Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required - Strong AutoCAD and Adobe CS skills Salary and benefits are commensurate with ability and experience.
