Requirements include strong team leadership skills, good verbal and written language skills, excellent knowledge of Chinese planning/design/construction regulations and codes. Overseas education and working experiences preferred. English language ability: basic or fluent. Working experience: 8-10 years Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture. 2.建筑师：有中，大型项目设计经验，具备优良设计及表现能力, 有较强的口头及书面语言表达能力，能熟练使用AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3DMax或Micro-Station等专业软件。3至6年工作经历，建筑学学士或硕士学位，英语具四级或以上水平。有海外留学和工作经验者更佳。薪资从优。 2. Architect: Experienced in leading medium or large-scale projects. Requirements include good graphic representation skills, good verbal and written language skills, good knowledge of Chinese planning, design and construction regulations and codes. Overseas education and working experiences preferred. English language ability: basic or fluent. Working experience: 3-6 years Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture. 3.高级城市规划师：有独立主持大型综合项目规划的设计经验。有良好的团队领导能力及协调能力，很好的口头和书面语言表达能力。精通中国国内建筑或规划规范。具备基本英语语言能力。工作经验为8至10年或以上，建筑或规划硕士学位。有海外留学和工作经验者更佳。薪资从优。 3. Senior urban planner: Experienced in leading large-scale and mixed-use planning projects. Requirements include team leadership, graphic presentation coordination, verbal and written language skills. Excellent knowledge of Chinese planning and design regulations and codes required. Basic English language ability required. Working experience: 8-10 years. Education: Bachelor or Masters in Urban planning and design. 4.文秘：协助公司董事做好公司的日常行政辅助工作；为项目团队提供协调和支持，介绍资料和文本的准备工作；保持和公司外国合作伙伴的经常性联络；要求包括：女性，1年以上的工作经验，优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力，熟练运用各种文本及编辑软件包括：MS office，Photoshop或Indesign等，具本科或硕士学历，有国外留学经历更佳。 4.Project Secretary: Assist the company directors in administrative and management affairs； Provide coordination and support for project teams including the preparation works of project materials and reports； Keep the routine contacts with our overseas partners. Requirements for the position (female) include 0-3 years working experiences, good Chinese and English verbal and written skills, various software skills included MS office, Photoshop and Indesign, holder of Bachelors or Masters, or overseas degrees. 5. CAD技术员：具有3年以上的建筑制图经验，能熟练运用AutoCAD，3Dmax 和sketchup等软件协助项目团对建立分析模型和建筑模型。有良好的团对合作精神，基本的英语词汇能力，中专或以上学历。 5. CAD Technician: 3 years or above experiences in architectural drawing. Skilful use of AutoCAD, 3Dmax and Sketchup to build up conceptual models and architectural scheme models in supporting the project teams.
