Architecture Internship （实习建筑师）

· Excellent recent graduate or final year university student
· Education: Bachelor degree or above majoring in architecture and/or Urban Design
· Enthusiasm for architecture, commitment, reliability and team spirit
· Strong graphic and creative design talent and excellent physical model-making skills
· Knowledge of Chinese planning, and construction regulations is an advantage
· Ability to assist team members to finish a range of assignments on time
· Strong communication skills
· Software: Sketch-up, CAD, Adobe CS, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino
· Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese

· 优秀应届毕业生或在校大学生
· 已获得建筑学学士学位，或主修建筑学及城市设计的
· 对建筑设计充满热情、具有责任心和较强的团队意识
· 具有较强的手绘和创造性的设计天分和优秀建筑建模的技能
· 是熟悉国家规划、地方建筑设计规范者优先考虑
· 能协助团队成员按时完成设计任务
· 较强的沟通表达能力
· 软件的运用：Sketch-up, CAD、 Adobe Indesign、Illustrator、 Photoshop、Rhino
· 流利的英文和中文语言口头及书面表达能力

Graduate Architect （应届毕业建筑师）

· Education: Master in Architecture and/or Urban Design
· Experience: 1-2 years in large-scale, mixed-use projects
· Enthusiasm for architecture, commitment, reliability and team spirit
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (Sketch-up, CAD, Adobe CS, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino)
· Knowledge of Chinese planning, and construction regulations is an advantage
· Good level of verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese required
· 建筑学或城市设计硕士学位
· 1-2年大型、综合项目的工作经历
· 对建筑设计充满热情、具有责任心和较强的团队意识
· 具有优秀的的草图绘制及熟练的电脑设计软件的运用（包括Sketch-up, CAD、 Adobe Indesign、
Illustrator、 Photoshop、Rhino）
· 较强的沟通表达能力
· 熟悉国家规划、地方建筑设计规范者优先考虑
· 流利的英文和中文语言口头及书面表达能力

Architect （建筑师）

· Education: Master in Architecture and/or Urban Design
· Experience: 4 years in large-scale, mixed-use projects
· Strong creative design and presentation skills, CAD, Adobe CS, 3D studio Max or Rhino
· Enthusiasm for architecture, commitment, reliability and team spirit
· Strong communication skills
· Organisational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
· Knowledge of Chinese planning, and construction regulations is an advantage
· Excellent level of verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese required

· 建筑学或城市设计硕士学位
· 4年大型综合项目设计经验
· 具备良好的设计及表现能力，能熟练使用CAD, Photoshop, 3DMax等专业软件；
· 对建筑设计充满热情、具有责任心和较强的团队意识
· 强的沟通表达能力
· 具有项目组织、管理及计划安排的工作能力，
· 熟悉国家规划、地方建筑设计规范者优先考虑
· 良好的英文语言口头及书面表达能力

Senior Architect （资深建筑师）

· Education: Master in Architecture and preferably Class 1 Registered Architect (PRC)
· Experience: 10 years or more in large-scale, mixed-use projects
· Experienced in team leadership and running teams
· Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals
· Strong creative design and presentation skills
· Organisational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
· Knowledge of Chinese planning and construction regulations are required
· Excellent level of verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese required

· 建筑学或城市设计硕士学位，最好有国家一级注册建筑师资质
· 10年以上大型综合项目设计经验；
· 具有对项目领导和运作的经验
· 良好的领导能力表现在与团队内部其它人员共同工作中
· 较强的设计创造力和汇报能力
· 具有项目组织、管理及计划安排的工作能力，
· 熟悉国家规划、地方建筑设计规范者优先考虑；
· 良好的英文语言口头及书面表达能力。
